Liz obtained her degree in allied health from the University of Connecticut and has been certified since 1975. She has been a part of Dr. Peck's team since 1983, and is the supervisor of the Arthritis Center's Department of Physical Medicine. She oversees all departmental staff including not only physical therapy and occupational therapy specialists, but also aides and other ancillary staff. She has extensive experience in the areas of arthritis, osteoporosis, RSD, and chronic pain. She has a special area of interest in soft tissue problems including hands-on techniques such as myofascial release. She is qualified to operate all types of powered modality units, and provides on-site training for patients who will use such units at home.
