Patricia Swift

Patricia Swift, office supervisor, has been with the Arthritis Center for over twenty years. Patty is responsible for staff supervision and day-to-day office function. Patty is the supervisor of the Infusion Center of Connecticut and manages patient scheduling, medication inventory, prior authorizations, and infusion billing. In addition to her supervisory responsibilities Patty is a clinical trial research coordinator and medical assistant. She has over fifteen years of experience with phase III studies of multiple pharmaceutical agents in the areas of osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, pain management, and osteoporosis. She has worked in many areas of the Arthritis Center and is experienced in patient contact and management, medical assisting, phlebotomy, EKG tracing, medical billing, and medical transcription.
